As the week edges closer to Easter, my mind can’t help but to linger on memories of last Easter’s trip to France’s exquisite Mediterranean coast. From the fresco walls and hanging laundry of Old Nice to the eerily Disney-esque perfection of Monaco, the trip can be summed up in this: sun, coast and color.
