Well, I asked for a New York adventure… and received an epic tale.

You could have given me ten guesses, and I wouldn’t have imagined witnessing what I did in New York this past week. I have so much to share about the past two weeks from a side trip to Boston to all about what I did, what I saw, what I learned and yes, what Sandy was like.

There’s much to say but for now, here’s the bottom line: I’m home from the city and despite Sandy’s best efforts, was already missing New York when I left yesterday. The trip – and city – weren’t pristine or perfect, but rather challenging and complicated. And I’m afraid that’s exactly why I’m hoping this trip was only a prelude…but we’ll get to that.
