Lately, she’s been on my brain as I read Jackie as Editor, a biography by Greg Lawrence about the former First Lady’s nineteen years in the publishing business. I also recently watched Grey Gardens (the Drew Barrymore edition) which was an eye opening look into the world of Jackie’s aunt and cousin Edith Bouvier Beale and Edith Ewing Beale. All three inspired me to pull out old scarves and play a little, but more than that, they’ve made me consider more heavily the importance in following your heart in what you want to do.
